A stunning, Diamond & Ruby ring featuring a central 4.5mm Diamond, flanked by two, 3.7mm Rubies and two, 3.2mm Diamonds mounted in a platinum setting with yellow gold shank.The head of the ring measures 18.5 x 5mm.Hallmarks: 18ct (denotes 18carat gold) & Plat (Platinum)
