Exquisite Victorian 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold Sapphire, Ruby & rose-cut Diamond boat ring, Chester 1917
Five old-cut gemstones adorn this quintessential Victorian ring, beautifully made in 18ct yellow gold with a central Sapphire, flanked by two rose-cut diamonds and two Rubies, mounted in a delicately carved scrolling gallery and plain shank.
The centre Sapphire measures 3.5mm and is flanked by two x 1.5mm, old rose-cut Diamonds and two, 2.5mm Rubies.
The Sapphire is a lovely royal blue colour, there is a slight abrasion to the facets on the centre Sapphire (visible under a jewellers loupe).
The Rubies are a lovely pinky red colour.
