Victorian 18ct, 18k, 750 gold, black Enamel & Citrine mourning brooch, 22 x 29mm, Circa 1840
An antique, late Georgian, early Victorian mourning brooch featuring a central 14.3 x 8.7mm oval, foil backed Citrine mounted in a crimped setting with a black enamel surround framed with a scalloped gold border (please see images).
The face of the brooch is in good condition considering its age, it only has tiny dents on the back.
Complete with T-pin and C-clasp fitting
