Description
A handsome, mid century signet ring with an oval bloodstone plaque mounted in a collet setting with wide shoulders tapering to a strong shank. The bloodstone is a dark green colour with tiny specks of red.
Looks great worn as a statement ring, also as a pinkie ring!
The head of the ring measures 14.5 x 13.5mm. (the bloodstone measures 12x10mm)
Hallmarked: 9, 375 (denotes 9carat gold) h (date letter for 1963) leopards head (London assay mark)
Bloodstone, along with Aquamarine, is the traditional birthstone for the month of March.

CONDITION: Good, although the bloodstone shows general wear and tear. There are light scratches to the stone and a small chip at the edge but this is not noticeable when worn.
