Fine, Art Deco 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold diamond cluster ring, circa 1920
This
gorgeous ring features seven, eight-cut Diamonds mounted in a
milligrain setting in a daisy cluster flanked by two diamonds. The
diamonds are mounted in platinum with matching shoulders tapering down
to an 18ct yellow gold shank.
A lovely example of art deco workmanship with the low setting.
There are a total of eight 1.5mm diamonds & a central 2.3mm Diamond with an estimated total carat weight of 0.16ct
Hallmarked: 18ct (denotes 18carat gold).
Engraved within the shank is the following inscription: W.G to M.D (this can be removed if preferred)
Diamonds are the traditional birthstone for April.
The head of the ring measures 8.4 x 14.5mm
