An
exquisite, dainty string of slightly graduated natural seed pearls.
These tiny pearls are intricately hand strung onto a 9ct white gold
barrel clasp.
The pearls graduate from a tiny 1.3mm to a central 2mm pearl.
Tiny
natural pearls from India were used extensively in antique Jewellery.
Many of the pearls used were from the Pinctada radiata oyster found in
the Persian Gulf, the Red seas and Sri Lanka.
This antique pearl necklace is beautifully presented in a new black leatherette and velvet box
