Exquisite Victorian 9ct, 9k, 375 Gold Engraved Promise, fidelity ring. Circa 1880
A pretty, antique promise or fidelity ring featuring a slightly raised section, hand engraved with a foliate design mounted on a plain gold shank. The ring is pale yellow gold.
Hallmarked: 9, 375 (denotes 9ct gold), Anchor (Birmingham Assay Office) together with makers initials W.R
The width of the ring is 6.8mm and tapers down to a 3.8mm shank.
