Exquisite, Edwardian 9ct, 9k, 375 Gold Garnet & Pearl lavaliere necklace, C1905
An exquisite lavaliere necklace made in 9ct rose gold during the Edwardian, Art Nouveau period.
This antique lavalier necklace features a central 4.5mm faceted Garnet mounted in a milligrain setting on a knife edge bar, beautifully framed with seventeen seed pearls mounted foliate surround, this is surrounded by a plain gold circular frame attached to a split trace link chain connected to a matching 3.5mm Garnet.
Complete with a matching Garnet drop suspended at the base in an “en tremblant” (in a trembling style).
The Garnet gemstones are a lovely deep magenta colour with flashes of pink, with no visible chips or cracks. .
Complete with solid bolt ring and jump ring clasp.

Garnet is the traditional birthstone for January.
Pearl is the traditional birthstone for June.
