Description
Exquisite, Edwardian pendant designed as a hen or grouse? mounted with ten rose-cut diamond and decorated with red enamel.
The bird has finely detailed facial features including beak and eye, his neck feathers are coloured in red enamel and taper to gold with matching gold feet, the body is encrusted with diamonds.
There is evidence of a solder repair to the reverse, we believe this little fellow started out as a stick pin.
Perfect worn as a charm or pendant.
