Description
Antique Edwardian 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold Diamond three stone, gypsy Ring, Chester 1904
This antique ring, has three old cut Diamonds mounted in a star setting all beautifully made in 18ct yellow gold.
The star setting adds to the magical sparkle of the old cut Diamonds, they literally twinkle like stars!
Very tactile, this ring is softly convex in shape, it measures 6.8mm at its widest point and gently tapers down to a 2mm shank.
Traditionally gypsy rings were given as friendship rings and were very popular during the late Victorian, early Edwardian period.
They look great worn on their own, or stacked with other rings.
Hallmarked: crown, 18 (denotes 18carat gold) Chester assay mark, D (date letter for 1904) together with makers initials S.T
