Fine, Art Nouveau 9ct, 9k, 375 Gold “”Rose de France” Amethyst and seed pearl lavaliere
Exquisite, Edwardian Lavaliere necklace, featuring a large “Rose de France” pale lilac Amethyst, mounted in a collet setting in a pearl mounted, foliate design heart frame.
The necklace is a fine example from the Art nouveau period, with its pearl studded scrolls and leaves, intertwining to form an abstract heart, complete with an amethyst and pearl “en tremblant” drop. Beautifully designed, the centre piece is connected to a rose gold trace link chain with bolt ring clasp.
