Art Deco Cultured, Saltwater, graduated Pearl necklace on large Silver & 9ct gold, Black Agate and marcasite clasp (30 x 19mm).
A beautiful cultured, pearl necklace with two rows of graduated pearls with a central pearl measuring 10mm graduating in size to a 5mm pearl. Individually hand knotted on to a large Silver, black agate and marcasite clasp.
Not hallmarked – tested as silver and 9ct gold.
The saltwater Pearls are a pale cream colour, they exhibit a thick nacre and mirror like sheen. The pearls are slightly baroque.
The clasp measures 30 x 19mm and features a central black agate cabachon gemstone, surrounded by a row of marcasite. All made in Silver with a gold tongued pushin clasp.
Length: the shortest row measures 20.5 inches and the longer row is 22 inches, width of pearls 10 to 5mm.
