Art Deco, 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold & Platinum, Diamond (0.38ct) Solitaire engagement ring, C1920
An antique engagement ring mounted with a solitaire Diamond, set in Platinum, with diamond mounted platinum shoulders, tapering down to an 18carat yellow gold shank.
The Diamond is a lovely old cushion-cut, deep gemstone measuring approximately 4.3mm, it is estimated as colour G/H, clarity SI1 to SI2 and carat weight 0.32ct (deep stones are heavier).
There are an additional six diamonds mounted in the shoulders, with a combined estimate of 0.06ct
Total diamond carat weight is approx 0.38ct
The total width of the ring (platinum setting) across the finger is 13mm with a width of 4.4mm.
