Pretty, Antique, 9ct rose Gold, Diamond, Daisy, cluster engagement ring, Circa 1830 & 1916
A marriage of two rings, the diamond cluster dates back to the late Georgian period (circa 1830) and the rose gold band to 1916.
The cluster features a central 2.7 x 2.5mm cushion-cut diamond, surrounded by ten, rose-cut diamonds and six rose cut diamonds on the shoulders, all mounted in silver. A later rose gold shank has been added, it compliments the diamonds beautifully.
Hallmarked as follows: 9, 375 (denotes 9ct gold) anchor (Birmingham assay mark) r (date letter for 1916) together with makers initials JH
The head of the ring measures 15.5mm across the finger and 6.7mm in width.
